We were invited to attend Selby Gardens’ Lights at Spooky Point, an amazing display of lights and Halloween decor on the trails at Historic Spanish Point. The trail runs along the coastline of Blackburn Point and offers water views, beautiful sunsets, and a walking path through the tropical vegetation. Lights at Spooky Point did not disappoint! Perfect for a fun-family evening, the event runs nightly from now until Halloween. There are two time slots, 6:30 and 7:45pm. The earlier time slot is best for younger children and includes stunning sunset views. The later time slot is best for older children or adults looking for a spookier experience. Plan to spend about an hour at the attraction, and make sure to bring money for hot chocolate, coffee, ice cream, or even a meal at the ice cream truck and Micheal’s East food truck on site. At the end of the trail there is an inflatable maze for the kids. Overall this is a fun way to get into the Halloween spirit.
