Winter Spectacular at St. Armands Circle
Monday – Thursday Hours 4PM – 9PM Friday – Sunday Hours 12PM – 9PM FREE daily entertainment from local performers on the Starlight Stage, Ice-skating down Candy Cane Lane Rink (Skate rental included; must wear socks) Winterland $: including Carousel at Reindeer Roundabout, Jingling all the way ‘round the circle aboard the Polar Palm Express Trackless Train, Standing picture-perfect in the Snowflake Sphere life-size snow globe and Selfie Elfie Station, Crafting and games at the Winterland Workshop, Locating the missing reindeer on the circle in the Reindeer Scavenger Hunt within the shops on St. Armands, with a chance to win tons of great prizes
December 1, 8 & 15, 2022 5pm-8pm: Holiday Splendor at the Ringling The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art is pleased to announce the return of Holiday Splendor will be held with FREE admission to the museum and Ca’d’Zan mansion for all who bring a new, unwrapped toy. The evening helps support the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots annual toy collection drive. The toys will benefit children in Sarasota and Manatee counties. Local schools will provide musical entertainment on the Bolger Campiello. Food and beverage will be available for purchase. All venues will be open for self-touring, including the Museum of Art, Ca’ d’Zan and the Circus Museum. Admission to this event is free with one unwrapped toy per person. Saturday, December 3rd Thru Sunday, December 4th at 10AM 4th Annual Jingle Jam at CoolToday Park Holiday Market, Horse and carriage rides, Kids’ crafts and activities, Family events and contest, Appearances by Santa & Mrs. Claus, Caddy Carts Golf Cart Parade Sunday!
December 10th 4PM – 6PM Holidays at The Bay Common Ground + The Oval There’s snow place like The Bay for the holidays! Spread cheer to all by enjoying family-friendly games and a special holiday concert performance by Shantel Norman. Snap a free photo with Santa at sunset, take a stroll through the jolly Mangrove Bayou Walkway, and nestle into a great viewing spot for Sarasota’s annual Boat Parade starting at 6pm. Ugly Christmas sweaters and festive attire is welcome!
December 10th thru January 5th 6:30PM – 9PM (Select Nights) Lights in Bloom at Selby Gardens
Lights in Bloom® features more than two million lights illuminating the gardens and walkways. Don’t miss a holiday photo opportunity, activities, and entertainment. Food is available for purchase from the Michael’s on East grill, including a cash bar.
December 17th 12PM – 2PM Swim with Santa at Northport Aquatic Center
Friday, December 23rd 4PM – 8PM Christmas on Main in Lakewood Ranch Main Street You’re invited to Christmas on Main! Bring your family to Lakewood Ranch Main Street on December 23 from 4-8pm Lakewood Ranch Main for the biggest Christmas party in town. Come celebrate the season with free games, rides, photo booths and attractions for the whole family and a special candlelight service. Santa himself will even be there!
