What is Dalgona Coffee?
You’ve seen it all over Instagram and TikTok. What is it? Dalgona coffee is an iced whipped coffee drink originating in South Korea. The sweet drink is named after dalgona, a Korean honeycomb toffee treat. If you are looking for a little pick-me-up and sweet treat, try this to jump start your morning!
Recipe:
4 tbsp instant coffee
4 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp boiling water
1 cup milk of your choice (We love Oat Milk!)
Add ingredients together and whisk by hand or with mixer for several minutes until it forms a whipped texture. Serve over ice and milk. Enjoy!
